At Plastic Box Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your storage solutions. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the plastic containers back in their original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our central distribution warehouse using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
